Level4 was founded by Catherine Curran in 2009. Catherine oversees and works directly on all client engagements and has a network of highly qualified and experienced partners/associates, which she draws on depending on the nature and scale of the engagement.
Catherine Curran BA, MSc, CPsychol
Catherine is a Business Psychologist with almost 20 years experience consulting locally and internationally across a broad range of organisations. Prior to setting up Level4 in December 2009, Catherine’s experience ranges from working as a consultant with KPMG Consulting, a Principal Psychologist at Pearn Kandola and Interim Talent and Strategy Manager at CIT Group.
Catherine’s approach is grounded in the strategic, yet practical implementation of inclusive, merit-based and business focused approaches to all aspects of the organisational development & culture and talent management cycle. Her experience allows her to quickly integrate and leverage the business strategy, leadership skills, culture and processes of an organisation to create inclusive, high performing teams, leaders and work environments.
Catherine is a Scholar of Trinity College Dublin, where she obtained her BA (Hons) in Psychology. She completed her MSc in Occupational Psychology, with distinction, at Queens University Belfast. Catherine is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and a member of the Association for Coaching. She is Level A (assessing ability) and Level B (assessing personality) qualified and has a Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Institute of Coaching and Consulting Psychology, Sydney University.
