​Executive Coaching

The Level4 coaching approach is grounded in supporting the individual to successfully navigate three fundamental aspects of successful leadership:
  • Thought Leadership - Define the vision, strategy and deliverables
  • Task Leadership - Create the plan and path to translate the strategy into action
  • People Leadership - Engage and build an inclusive team to execute
Our AaaRT of coaching model (Awareness, Analysis, Action, Review and Transition) guides the coaching process and ensures long-lasting mind-set and behavioural change.

​Leadership Development

Our approach to Leadership Development programmes involves a mix of one-to-one coaching, group classroom modules and development planning in order to move the leader through a cycle of awareness to long-lasting, impactful action on their leadership development journey.
Drawing on a range of Leadership theories and techniques along with valid and reliable thinking styles and personality instruments, we provide participants with a deeper insight and awareness of their style – where their strengths lie and which areas require development. And importantly, where their enablers and blockers lie.  The programme also instils a sense of personal ownership and responsibility for their leadership development journey.

People Management Development

Level4’s approach to the delivery of people management development programmes is to make it as practical as possible to ensure successful transfer of learning back at work.  As well as theory input and the provision of tools and techniques, there is a strong emphasis on trouble-shooting and providing advice about how to apply the tools in the particular situations that the participants deal with on a daily basis.
Our people management programmes are modular based with the exact sequence and content tailored to suit the organisations needs.  Typical modules include: The Role of Managing and Leading Others, Effective Performance & Feedback Conversations, Manager as Coach, Motivating and Engaging Others, Building an Inclusive Team.

High Performing Team Development

Our approach to high performing team development involves a mix of interactive facilitated team sessions and one-to-one coaching sessions for the team members in order to support the team to:
  • Develop a clear, consistent and coherent purpose and vision that all team members can fully commit to and communicate effectively, both internal and external to their team.
  • Agree clear processes, ways of working and operating models that all team members can adhere to, to ensure effective decision-making and execution of team strategy & actions to deliver results.
  • Build a high performing team dynamic where there is trust, awareness and respect for people’s roles and for each others work-styles, approach, strengths and areas for development.  And how the team can work effectively together both in terms of providing support and also dealing with challenge or conflict in an open and trusting manner.

Succession Planning & Performance Management

We design and deliver tailored assessment for development processes to support an organisation’s talent management strategy for performance management, development, deployment/resourcing and succession planning. 
​We also support organisations in the design and delivery of performance management processes that have two key elements at their core – 1) that it increases clarity of purpose for each individual by linking their goals to the overall goals and strategy of the business and 2) that open, engaged, two-way conversations between manager and team member drives ongoing engagement and development of individuals.

Inclusion & Diversity

Our inclusion & diversity (I&D) awareness workshops are designed with the intention of creating an enjoyable but impactful learning event. Drawing on inclusion & diversity theory, research and best practice and using experiential learning exercises, we explore the behaviours required to de-label diversity, uncover unconscious bias and treat people with respect and on merit; ultimately creating a culture of inclusion.
​We also work with organisations at a strategic level to analyse processes, systems and culture to determine what aspects are working well and contributing to I&D, and what aspects are not working so well and may be hindering I&D, and as such require action.
